Content Lead Engine

Content, Meta ads, automation, and a CRM for Norwich businesses: one connected system, not four separate services bolted together.

This page goes step by step through what's actually included and how each part works. If you'd rather just talk it through, book a call below.

Each stage, in detail

Going deeper

Each stage, taken further.

01

Connect

Every piece of content starts with a documented brief — the exact pain point being targeted, the tone we're using, and the hook being tested. Nothing gets filmed on a hunch. It's the difference between content that just gets posted and content built to do a specific job.

02

Capture

The landing page is built and tested separately from the ad itself — headline, form length, and qualifying questions all get adjusted based on what the data shows, not left static once it's live. It's judged on one thing — how many of the right people convert, not how it looks on a slide deck.

03

Follow-up

The CRM automations are built stage by stage — an instant first response, a follow-up sequence if there's no reply, and a hand-off point where a real person takes over once a lead is warm enough. It's not about speed for its own sake — it's making sure the right message reaches the right lead at the right moment.

04

Booked

Every booking is tracked back to the exact piece of content and ad that produced it, so we know which parts of the system are actually working — not just that leads are coming in from somewhere. That data feeds straight back into the next brief, so the system keeps getting sharper instead of running on guesswork.

Before you ask

Straight answers to the real questions.

How quickly will I start seeing leads?

Most clients start seeing enquiries within the first couple of weeks of the ad going live, but the first 3 months are really about testing and refining: finding the angle, audience, and offer that convert best for your specific market. Real, sustainable lead flow builds from there, not overnight.

Can the ads be targeted to a specific local area?

Yes. Meta ads can be geo-targeted precisely, whether that's a set radius around your premises, specific towns, or particular postcodes. For a local business, that means budget is spent reaching people who could actually become a customer, not a nationwide audience who'll never walk through the door.

Is the Meta ad spend included in the price?

No. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to Meta, not to us. That way it's your budget, in your account, and you can see exactly where it's going at all times.

Who owns the ad account, the CRM, and the leads?

You do. The ad account, the CRM setup, and every lead that comes through it belong to your business, not ours, the same CRM your Website Build enquiries land in too. If you ever left, you'd keep all of it, not just the memory of it.

What happens if the leads coming in aren't good quality?

That's exactly what the Capture stage is built to prevent. The landing page is designed to filter out the wrong enquiries before they ever reach you, and the questions on it get adjusted if the data shows the wrong people are getting through. If quality ever slips, that's the first thing we go back and fix.

How much content do I need to film, and how often?

It varies by business, but one filming session typically gives us enough raw content to run for weeks. We'll agree the exact cadence with you before anything starts, so it fits around your schedule rather than the other way round.

Does this work for my type of business?

It tends to work best for local service businesses and anyone who relies on new enquiries turning into booked appointments: estate agents, trades, cleaning services, and fitness, among others. Whether it's the right fit for your specific market is exactly what the Discovery Call is for, rather than assuming a one-size-fits-all answer.
