Puure Digital ("we", "us", "our") is a digital marketing agency based at The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what your rights are under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What data we collect

We only collect what you give us directly. That's typically:

  • Your name, email, and phone number when you book a call, message us on WhatsApp, or email us
  • Details about your business, shared during a call or in a form, so we can understand how to help
  • Any information you choose to include when booking through our calendar

We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising tracking on this site at the moment. If that changes, we'll update this page and, where required, ask for your consent first.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, run booked calls, deliver the services you've asked about, and stay in touch about your project. We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.

Third-party services

A few outside tools help us run the site and our booking process. Each one may process a small amount of data on our behalf:

  • GoHighLevel (GHL) — powers the booking calendar on our Contact page and stores enquiry details in our CRM so we can follow up
  • WhatsApp — if you message us via the WhatsApp link, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy
  • Google Fonts — loads the typefaces used across this site directly from Google's servers

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and client data for as long as it's needed to deliver our services and meet our legal and accounting obligations, and delete it when it's no longer needed.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to stop processing it. To do any of this, just email us and we'll sort it directly, no forms or delays.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
